The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to set out the principles governing our use of personal information that we may obtain about you through this website (the “Site”) and in connection with the provision of our services (the “Services”). By using this Site, you agree to our use of the personal information that we obtain about you.

California Online Privacy Protection Act & California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, including the right to request, twice a year and free of charge, information about parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information, and the right to request deletion of your personal data. FiveRivers does not sell your personal information and does not discriminate against users who exercise their rights under these laws.
Where do we store and transfer your data?
The Site is controlled by FiveRivers from its offices in Lahore, Pakistan. FiveRivers may store and use information in Pakistan and other jurisdictions; any personal data provided to FiveRivers will be transmitted to or within those jurisdictions. FiveRivers may also transfer information to other jurisdictions to facilitate our service providers’ access and processing of data.
For individuals in the EU, whenever we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we ensure a similar degree of protection by using specific contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
FiveRivers makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
